Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk from a bus stop. Next to the hotel, there are charming independent shops and a delightful restaurant to enjoy.

the hotel is quiet, everything is perfect. whatever you need is this well-appointed room with the private balcony and shower, for example. it has a nice and excellant location close to train / bus station, a vaporetto stop, and the restaurants. 500 feet are distance to a restaurant.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a real good experience. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, welcoming all the time. The location was magnificent and lovely, not far from transport, a special Venetian art gallery and the coach station. Cannaregio district was worth staying in. Local food, greatly enjoyed it.

This venue is located in a fascinating area close to restaurants with a friendly staff and spacious double rooms.

We asked for double room and it was large.

Lovely place to stay with a huge and luxurious unit filled with character. the location is marvellous and fantastic, just a few steps away from everywhere. the staff is very welcoming.

The peaceful location here is great, just 15 km away from the airport.

The only room for improvement from my point of view would be perhaps if there were a high chair in the breakfast room. It really was an almost perfect experience though, so negatives are hard to think of.

We loved the cozy interior of the double room and the convenient decor; the location is fantastic, just steps away from transportation links and the picturesque ponte dei Tre Archi bridge.

Friendly staff make you feel welcomed from the get-go. the location, just a short stroll away from a coach station, is really convenient and pretty amazing 😊. Plus, being close to bars and restaurants adds to the appeal and makes it super convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or drinks.

The staff here is so accommodating and friendly. They let us check in early and our room was amazing - it had a bath, shower, and a private bathroom, which was great. the food here is fantastic and really delicious. 😊
